3. Quotes, Walkthroughs & Estimates
- Quotes and estimates are provided based on information available at the time, including walkthroughs where applicable.
- All quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing through a service agreement.
- Pricing may change if site conditions, scope of work, or service frequency changes.
A FREE on-site walkthrough does not obligate either party to proceed with services.
4. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises during scheduled service times. Everest is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until accounts are brought current.
- Everest reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice, as permitted by contract.
6. Satisfaction & Service Quality
Everest is committed to delivering high-quality, inspection-ready cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe so we can address the issue. Our 100% satisfaction commitment applies to reasonable service-related concerns and does not cover issues outside the agreed scope of work.
7. Health, Safety & Liability
Everest maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and follows industry-standard safety practices.
While we take all reasonable precautions, Everest shall not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unsafe or undisclosed site conditions
- Loss or damage beyond our reasonable control
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everest of Toronto Commercial Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Service cancellations or schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may impact service availability or pricing.
